Cross.Bone is a totally biocompatible, partially resorbable synthetic ceramic with an interconnected, porous, three dimensional, homogeneous structure. Cross. Bone is an implantable bone substitute made of 60% hydroxyapatite and 40% ß-tricalcium phosphate. There is no risk of infectious contamination due to the high-temperature fritting process abd lack of animal substances. Its micro-architecture is innovative in that it offers not only a large number of passages between the pores, whose minimum size is adjusted, but also a very even distribution.

The Syringe

Precision and ease of access: The Cross. Bone syringe, which is the result of collaboration with surgeons, allows bone substitute to be used in areas difficult to reach. It also provides greater precision when filling bone cavities.

Indications

  • Parodontology
  • Maintaining post-extractional bone volume
  • Reconstruction before or during implantation
  • Sinus lift
  • Filling of small bon defects
  • Difficult access

  1. Open the stérile sachet and place the distal tip of the syringe (without touching the distal filter) in contact with the fluid (blood or physiological saline solution).
  2. Bring the fluid up in the body of the syriinge (by capillarity action or by gently pulling the piston) in order to fully imbibe the granules and obtain a paste.
  3. Remove the distal filter.
  4. Bring the open end of the serynge to the cavity to be filled and slowly push the piston to extract the mixture.
